At the service office in Örnsköldsvik, we are three employees who regularly collaborate with the offices in Härnösand and Kramfors. We work in a service-oriented manner where you and your colleagues take joint responsibility for your mission and learning. We actively work on continuous improvements, and it is part of the role to contribute to the development of the organization.
Main Responsibilities
As a service officer, you provide quick and professional service by answering questions from individuals and businesses. A large part of your work is to guide customers to use the collaborating authorities' e-services and to find information on websites. In your role, it is important that you listen actively, adapt your approach according to the customer, and have a pedagogical attitude.
In your customer meetings, you have the support of the various authorities' IT systems. In addition to introduction and training, time is set aside each day to familiarize yourself with the information you need to stay updated on news and changes affecting the service office's operations. You may also work at other service offices, which sometimes happens at short notice.

Qualifications
You are driven to provide our customers with good service by identifying each customer's needs and providing answers or guidance. Since you work closely with customers, you must feel comfortable in direct meetings with customers from various backgrounds and abilities. In short, we are looking for someone who has a positive attitude and is quick to learn new knowledge.
We are looking for someone who has:
- A university degree of at least 80 credits/120 ECTS or equivalent knowledge obtained through work experience
- Worked for at least two years in the last ten years in a service profession where you have informed and guided customers in personal meetings.
- A valid driver's license (B)
Furthermore, you should have the following abilities:
- Quickly establish contact with others in an objective and professional manner
- Map the customer's needs by asking questions and listening actively
- Communicate verbally and in writing in Swedish
- Communicate verbally in English
- Adapt your working methods to the varying needs of customers
- Handle multiple customers simultaneously
- Contribute positively to the team's results and collaboration
Additionally, it is an advantage if you:
- Have experience working with any of our collaborating authorities
Other Information
The employment is permanent and full-time. We usually apply a six-month probationary period. Start date is negotiable. We do not have the possibility for remote work. This position requires a security clearance according to the Security Protection Act. As an employee, you may also be assigned to a military position based on the needs of total defense.
