Administrative Service - Administrator

Administrative service is an internal service unit that works with several different areas.

As administrators, we work to provide service and support to the municipal group's operations within administration, telephony, city hall services, conference, and meeting technology. Always having our employees and citizens in focus is the starting point for our way of working.

Job Responsibilities

The job responsibilities include handling the municipality's incoming and outgoing mail, internal mail, scanning documents, and managing access cards and permissions. Handle cases that come in via visits, phone, and email. You will work with cases in our case management system Easit, manage orders, and provide support and assistance to users. You will handle cases related to telephony with subscriptions, phones, and accessories. Furthermore, you will provide support to users of conference and meeting technology as well as support for meetings in various forms.

Administration, documentation, and follow-up are a large part of the work, and this takes place in several IT-based operational and management systems. You will work on developing support and assistance through training materials and guides.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with suitable education for the position, preferably with a focus on administration. Previous professional experience in administration is required. Furthermore, experience working in IT-based operational systems and experience providing support both in person and over the phone, as well as through other technical platforms such as chat and Teams, is required.

For the position, you need to have very good computer skills and be very familiar with working in Office365, e.g., Teams, Excel. You should have experience working in CRM systems (case management systems).

The following experiences are meritorious:

  • Worked with the case management system Easit
  • Experience in IT-based operational systems
  • Worked with support and training with video conferencing systems and conference equipment

The position requires the ability to simultaneously search for and manage information and data while having conversations.

As a person, you are self-driven, take great responsibility for your tasks, and are a problem solver who enjoys working with development and change. You are structured and like order and clarity, and you have a positive and solution-oriented approach to work. You are good at expressing yourself verbally and in writing in a structured and clear manner. We actively work to maintain a professional and pleasant demeanor, and we are looking for someone who can quickly adapt to changing conditions. We will place great emphasis on personal suitability in the selection process for the position.

A valid driver's license, category B, is required.

The position is a temporary contract starting from February 1, 2026, until February 28, 2027.
