Administrative Service - Central Invoice Group
The Administrative Service unit is an internal service unit that operates within several different areas of work.
Within the unit is the working group Central Invoice Group (CFG), which works with the municipality's e-commerce system and the municipality's invoicing and debt collection management.
The municipality is currently in the process of building our purchasing/order and invoicing management system. In this process, we need to bring in expertise to meet the needs of the future. Apply to join our team!
Job Responsibilities
The job responsibilities include administration of the municipality's e-commerce system for purchasing and ordering, Proceedo, along with handling invoicing and debt collection services. You will staff our daily support for users/customers via phone, video, or in-person meetings.
You will work with managing payments in the financial system RoR, handling the setup of suppliers and customers with associated changes, controls, and blocks. Mail handling of agreements, invoices, reminders, claims, etc. Furthermore, you will work on following up, checking, and reconciling, handling disbursements electronically and manually, being responsible for sending reminders and claims, as well as handling incorrect references, setups, and messages to users.
Qualifications
You have previously worked with case management systems, and experience with Easit is considered an advantage. You have experience working in ordering and purchasing systems. Experience with Visma Proceedo is also advantageous. Furthermore, it is desirable that you have knowledge of invoicing and invoicing routines, as well as training and/or experience in debt collection.
You have excellent computer skills and possess knowledge in Microsoft Office365 with associated systems such as Teams, Excel, Word. You have previously worked with accounts receivable, customer invoicing, and debt collection. If you have good financial knowledge and experience in creating and conducting both digital and physical training sessions, it is an advantage.
As a person, you are a problem solver who enjoys working with development and change. You are structured and have order and clarity. You have a good ability to foresee risks and consequences. You are confident in educating others in a pedagogical manner and have a good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing. You have a positive and solution-oriented approach to work.
We are looking for someone who is used to working with several administrative systems simultaneously and has a good ability to lead and prioritize together in a group.
The position is a full-time temporary position (100%) from 2026-02-01 to 2026-09-30. Employment may begin earlier.
