About the position

We are now looking for a meticulous and committed individual for immediate start with our partner in Timrå. This position is suitable for you who are at the beginning of your career and want to work with systems, data, and administration in connection with an ongoing system change.

In this role, you will support different regions by checking, updating, and correcting information in the company's systems. The work is largely practical and involves manually handling data, following up on discrepancies, and ensuring that the information in the systems is accurate. You will work in business systems and Excel and need to be detail-oriented and able to easily spot when something does not look correct.

There are not always ready-made instructions, so it is important that you are willing to think independently, ask questions, and make assessments based on the information available. During certain periods, the pace may be higher, especially in connection with different stages of the system change.

You will work with:

• Supporting administrative tasks in the ongoing system change
• Updating and correcting information in the business system
• Managing transport discrepancies by reviewing drivers' notes
• Identifying and correcting incorrect or missing data in the systems
• Updating weight information that is incorrect or missing
• Checking freight costs per order and marking the order as complete
• Adjusting orders as needed, for example, removing freight costs if delivery has not occurred as planned

We are looking for someone who:

• Has some form of previous experience working in business or case management systems
• Has a high school education, preferably with a scientific focus, or post-secondary education in areas such as economics, mathematics, or natural sciences
• Has good knowledge of Excel
• Is structured and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Speaks and writes Swedish and English fluently

As a person, you are curious and proactive, a quick learner, and take responsibility for your tasks. You are meticulous, solution-oriented, and have patience even when the work requires extra focus. You enjoy working independently but also like to collaborate with others and contribute to a positive atmosphere. You are not afraid to ask questions and want to understand how the systems work.

It is a strong merit if you have a university education, as well as experience with or working in connection with a system change.

About the employment

This is a consulting assignment with immediate start. You will be employed by OIO and work with our client in Timrå. The need is for at least 6 months with the ambition of extension provided both parties are satisfied with the collaboration.
