Bilgruppen i Norr is now seeking a structured accountant based in Sundsvall for a hire-purchase arrangement where you will first be employed by Andara and after 6 months, the employment will transition to Bilgruppen i Norr.

About the role

In this role, you will develop and be responsible for the ongoing accounting and reporting for the group's companies together with other accountants. You will ensure high quality and efficient processes, and you will have great opportunities to influence and contribute to the company's continued growth.

Responsibilities and tasks

• Ongoing bookkeeping

• Year-end work: monthly, quarterly, and annual closings

• Accounting for VAT and taxes

• Reconciliation and analysis of balance sheet and income statement accounts

• Reporting to management, authorities, and other stakeholders

• Financial support during internal and external audits

• Support the business in financial and accounting technical matters

Qualifications and experience

• Post-secondary education in finance/accounting

• Several years of experience in similar work

• Very good system skills, experience with Kobra II is highly meritorious

• Good experience working with year-end closings and accounting according to Swedish legislation

• Meritorious with experience in VAT and tax reporting within the automotive trade/business

• Fluent in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written
