Finance/Administration

The department has an exciting overarching mission to digitize and streamline its processes, which is of great importance as Finance/Administration constitutes a vital part of the organization. In collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, the department will ensure that the company has functional and appropriate processes for accurate accounting.

Main responsibilities include, among others:

• System manager for the payroll system, as well as the system for supplier invoices.
• Proactively drive and develop the supplier invoice management and payroll processing.
• Independently handle payroll processing and accounts payable.
• Follow up on supplier invoices.

To be successful in this role, we believe you have:

• Post-secondary education, such as a vocational degree with a focus on Payroll and/or Finance.
• Several years of relevant work experience.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English.
• In addition to general computer skills, good knowledge of business systems, such as Visma or similar, as well as good knowledge of payroll and personnel administrative systems, such as Agda or similar.

The independent work requires that the role holder structures their approach and drives their processes forward. This requires the ability to plan and prioritize work effectively as well as set and adhere to deadlines. Furthermore, it is essential for the role holder to have the desire and ability to see opportunities for development and find solutions.

The position reports directly to the CFO.
