Responsibilities

As an economic administrator, you will take ownership of both accounts receivable and accounts payable, as well as other important financial processes. The role involves close collaboration with the accounting manager, site manager, and colleagues in the finance department, where you contribute to ensuring quality and efficiency in daily financial operations.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Accounts receivable: the entire process from invoicing to payments.
  • Accounts payable: handling invoices and payments.
  • Finance email: responding to inquiries from colleagues, clients, and suppliers, as well as conducting some detective work as needed.
  • Expense reporting and ongoing accounting, including bank bookings.
  • Account reconciliations of receivables and bank accounts.

Qualifications

  • Have a financial education and several years of experience in similar tasks.
  • Be well-versed in accounting regulations and have experience working with medium-sized business systems.
  • Be self-sufficient, meticulous, and deliver high quality in your tasks.
  • Be communicative, thrive in a social work environment, and have proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
