About the Position

In the role of Customer Service Representative, you will work independently in close collaboration with the sales organization. It is an administrative role where you also play an important part in relation to customers, assisting them both in person as well as over the phone and email. Additionally, you will have contact with relevant functions within the organization and assist them as needed.
