💼 Responsibilities

In the role of salesperson, you will be responsible for driving and developing the business in Örnsköldsvik and surrounding areas. The region is stable and growing with good quality, while there is great potential to strengthen the presence and regain market share in parts of the area.

You will work independently and have overall responsibility for the sales process, from prospecting and mapping potential customers to booking and conducting customer meetings, needs analysis, quote preparation, and closing. An important part of the role is also to develop existing customer relationships. The customer base is broad and includes everything from large manufacturing industries and workshops to trade and business areas.

The role involves close collaboration with the company's Key Account Management (KAM) operations, where the local salesperson contributes local knowledge and conducts needs assessments as a basis for larger customer deals.

  • Responsible for driving and developing the business in Örnsköldsvik and surrounding areas

  • Overall responsibility for the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing

  • Conduct customer meetings, needs analyses, and work on quote preparation

  • Develop and nurture existing customer relationships

  • Work with a broad customer base within industry, workshops, and trade/business areas

  • Collaborate closely with KAM operations through local knowledge and needs assessments for larger deals

🔍 Education, experience, and personal qualities

  • Several years of experience in B2B sales

  • Experience from the construction industry or similar is an advantage

  • Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written

  • Driver's license (B)

We are looking for a self-driven and proactive salesperson who enjoys taking responsibility for the entire sales process. You are results-oriented and driven by achieving goals through activity and customer presence, while building long-term and trusting relationships with customers at all levels. The role requires you to be communicative, attentive, and able to present solutions clearly, as well as being structured and organized in your work with multiple customers and processes simultaneously. To succeed, you need to be flexible, persistent, and business-driven, with the ability to identify opportunities for upselling and developing the customer portfolio. Social competence, positive energy, and local knowledge are also important qualities for building trust and networking in the region.
