An important part of the assignment is to serve as support for the business and as a contact point for incoming inquiries, where you contribute to structure, coordination, and smooth workflows in daily operations.

In this role, you will work closely with the business and support operations in daily tasks. The team consists of several different business-oriented support areas, and you will work within one or more of them depending on your background and the needs of the business. The role involves close collaboration within the team and with other functions, giving you a good understanding of how the business and daily operations are interconnected.

The different areas include work within:

• Customer and Business Support, where you handle incoming cases via phone and systems, maintain ongoing contact with both internal and external parties, and serve as first line support for the business. You will follow cases from start to finish and ensure feedback and quality in handling.

• Logistics Support, focusing on planning, coordinating, and following up on logistics flows in daily operations. The work involves administrative support in business systems, contact with relevant parties, and follow-up on deviations and flows.

• Financial Support, where you work with financial documentation, ongoing administration, and follow-up. The role may include handling documentation, reconciliations, and support for the business in finance-related matters.

• Business Support, where you contribute to structure and quality in the business through work with contracts, business processes, and working methods. You support the organization in ensuring that routines are followed and developed in daily operations.

We are looking for someone who thrives in a business-oriented support role with administrative responsibilities and wants to work closely with the business in daily operations. You have completed a science high school program and possess good administrative skills. You work in a structured manner, are accustomed to working in various systems, and have high proficiency in Excel.

You find it easy to familiarize yourself with new systems and working methods and have an interest in logistics, finance, customer, or business support. You enjoy working together with others and thrive in an environment where a lot is happening simultaneously. You communicate fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written, and have a positive and solution-oriented attitude. Previous experience in customer support, administration, logistics, or finance is an advantage.

You will be employed as a consultant through A-hub and work on assignments for clients. The assignment is intended to be long-term and provides good opportunities to build experience and develop in the role. The location is in Timrå/Sundsvall. Start as soon as possible by agreement.
