About the role

As an Accountant at SSG, you will have a broad and important role in the finance department where you work closely with both colleagues and the business. The focus is on accounts receivable and accounts payable, and you will also have the opportunity to work on other aspects of accounting and contribute to the development of our financial processes. In your daily work, you will use our financial system Unit4, where much of the flow is managed and further developed.

Your main responsibilities:

• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
• Invoicing and payment follow-up
• Reconciliations and postings
• Participate in year-end closing work
• Ongoing improvement of routines and working methods
• Support the organization in finance-related questions

Currently, the finance team consists of a CFO who will be your closest manager, an accounting manager, an accounting assistant, and an administrator. A team that collaborates closely, enjoys their work, and trusts each other's competencies.

We are looking for someone who

We are looking for someone who has previously worked with accounts receivable or accounts payable and wants to join a company where you can further develop in your role. You speak and write fluently in both Swedish and English.

• You thrive in a work environment where change and business acumen are central.
• Experience in a larger or international company is an advantage as you likely have experience with high invoice volumes and multiple points of contact.
• You are comfortable with financial systems and enjoy exploring how things can be done smarter. With us, you will work in an organization that actively wants to improve its working methods – and your ideas will be noticed.

You are meticulous and structured, as the accounts are extensive and require that the flows are kept in balance.

You are responsible and self-driven – you take ownership of your processes and ensure that things are done on time and with quality.

You are communicative and service-oriented, as you have many contacts internally and externally and need to be able to explain financial issues clearly and helpfully.

You are development-oriented and thrive in an environment where routines and working methods are continuously improved.
