As an office assistant, you will have a varied role where you support daily operations and ensure that the office runs smoothly. A central part of the job is to receive and sort incoming mail and packages, as well as assist with simpler administrative tasks in the systems, such as correctly labeling customer orders. The position also includes practical tasks such as cleaning the coffee machine and maintaining order in the office environment and garage.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities

• Manage and sort incoming and outgoing mail and packages
• Assist with simpler administrative tasks in the systems
• Maintain order in and around the office environment and in the garage

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Is studying at a post-secondary level at least 50% with at least 1 year left of studies
• Has good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
• Has good knowledge of both Swedish and English as it is required in daily work
• Holds a B driver's license
