We are looking for a receptionist for a temporary assignment with one of our clients in an office environment. The assignment is intended to cover a planned absence during the spring and is initially estimated to last about 1–2 weeks, with a preliminary start around weeks 14–15. However, the time period is not fixed and may be adjusted. There is also the possibility of additional work during the summer.

You will be employed as a consultant through 2Complete and placed with a client in a security-classified office environment where accuracy, reliability, and adherence to routines are central.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone with experience in service or office-related roles, such as reception, office service, conferences, or similar environments where independence and responsibility have been a natural part of the work.
Requirements and qualifications:
- Experience in service and similar tasks.
- High school education.
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Familiarity with working in digital systems, including MS Office and case management systems.
- Good structure and administrative skills.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions.
- Flexibility and ability to prioritize under varying workloads.
As a person, you are responsible, solution-oriented, and comfortable in contact with both internal and external parties. You are easy to collaborate with, but also comfortable working alone most of the time.
What does the role entail?
The role involves overall responsibility for daily office service on-site. You will act as a point of contact for visitors and employees and ensure that the office environment operates according to established guidelines.
Training will take place over two days.
With tasks that include:
- Receiving, informing, and guiding visitors.
- Ensuring order and comfort in both internal and external office areas.
- Handling simpler practical and technical questions in meeting and conference rooms.
- Coffee management and daily routines related to the office.
- Handling deliveries and mail.
- Management of access cards and loaned products.
- Orders and contact with suppliers.
The assignment is a consulting position with a possible start in week 14 and initially runs until week 15, with the possibility of further work during the summer. The recruitment process includes a background check that covers criminal records and financial checks. The position may be filled before the application deadline.
