Customer Coordinator Wanted for Temporary Assignment
Do you thrive in an administrative and coordinating role where you take on a lot of responsibility and have daily contact with both customers and colleagues? We are now looking for a customer coordinator for a temporary assignment with a quick start. We apply continuous selection, and you are warmly welcome to apply.
ABOUT THE POSITION
Our client is in an intense period with the launch of a new major customer. To ensure smooth delivery, they now need reinforcement in the form of a customer coordinator who can quickly step in and support the business. The assignment is expected to last for about 1–1.5 months and is full-time.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role, you will be an important link between the customer, drivers, and internal functions. Examples of job responsibilities include:
- Acting as the contact person for the customer and internal colleagues
- Coordinating the launch of a new customer
- Collecting information from drivers and relaying status to the customer
- Managing customer contact via phone and email
- Handling system administration
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
- Has previous experience in administrative tasks
- Is accustomed to using the phone as a work tool
- Has good knowledge of Swedish and English, as this is required in dialogue with customers and internally
- Is a proficient computer user and masters the M365 suite
To succeed in this role, you possess the following personal qualities:

Working hours: 06:45-16:00
Start: 28/1
The assignment is expected to last for about 1–1.5 months and is full-time.
