About the role

We are looking for someone who wants to take a comprehensive approach to our sustainability issues, certifications, and workplace environment work. You will be a key person in our continued development and have the opportunity to influence both strategically and operationally.

Your main responsibilities:

• Be responsible for the company's environmental and sustainability work, including the development and implementation of goals and strategies
• Plan and follow up on certification processes
• Work with systematic workplace environment efforts in workgroups and together with safety representatives
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies
• Support managers and employees in environmental and workplace issues
• Monitor the external environment and suggest improvements in sustainability and workplace environment

We are looking for someone who has:

• Relevant education or experience in sustainability, environment, workplace environment, or similar
• Experience in certification work is an advantage
• The ability to work independently and drive projects from idea to implementation
• Good communication skills and an interest in educating and engaging others
