Portfolio Advisor in Corporate Insurance
Do you have experience in corporate insurance and want to develop in a varied role in a completely new unit in Sundsvall? Now you have the opportunity to help build the business from the ground up!
Inbound Advisory Services will handle administration for our clients, but also manage and advise our existing clients within SMEs. Therefore, you need to be interested in deepening your knowledge in corporate insurance, be service-oriented, and have a genuine desire to help clients while being able to work methodically and carefully. About the Role
As a Portfolio Advisor, you will be a key person in the work of managing and ensuring quality in our clients' insurance solutions. The role involves a broad responsibility where you both drive your own client dialogues and collaborate closely with colleagues in the team.
You will, among other things:
- Be responsible for existing client relationships and ensure that their insurance solutions are updated and tailored to their needs
- Conduct annual reviews and advisory meetings via phone and Teams
- Procure corporate insurance, coordinate quote requests, and maintain a continuous and proactive dialogue with clients and insurance companies
- Respond to and handle brokers' questions and issues related to their clients' insurance
Qualifications:
- At least two years of experience in corporate insurance
- Works in a structured manner, is responsible, and has a good ability to prioritize
- Is communicative, service-oriented, and wants to provide the best service to our clients and brokers
- Has an easy time handling and learning digital systems
- Very good ability to communicate in Swedish, both spoken and written
- Has a desire to develop and contribute to the long-term success of the unit
To be able to advise clients, you need an Insuresec license. If you do not have this already, there is an opportunity to study and obtain the license on-site with us. The most important thing is that you have at least two years of prior experience in corporate insurance and a willingness to learn.
The office on Kyrkogatan 22 in Sundsvall is largely specialized in administration and support and assists Söderberg & Partners offices across the country with various services.
