The Primary Care Area West is tasked with providing patients with care in a cohesive care chain that includes well-developed and deepened collaboration with regional healthcare, other hospital specialties, and municipalities within the geographical area. The Primary Care Area West has about 300 employees and 4 department heads. The Health Center Nyland is located in the heart of the World Heritage Site High Coast, offering wonderful and close nature experiences: Additionally, the center has a fantastic view of the Ångerman River and also houses a pharmacy and the municipality's home care staff.

Welcome to strengthen our team during the summer of 2026! We are now looking for a medical secretary for our health center for a full-time summer position with start date to be agreed upon.

Medical Secretary at Health Center Nyland, Kramfors Summer 2026

Your tasks consist of the usual work for a medical secretary, including combined reception, documentation, and mail handling. With us, you will be part of a workgroup consisting of general practitioners, resident doctors, physiotherapists, nursing assistants, medical secretaries, social workers, district nurses, and registered nurses. At another health center, there are also a dietitian and psychologist collaborating with our unit.

We are looking for you who

• Are a trained medical secretary or have other relevant education that the employer assesses as equivalent
• Have good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form

It is an advantage if you

• Have work experience in primary care
• Have experience with the Cosmic journal system
• Have additional language skills
