Your next challenge

We are currently looking for someone to support our team on a temporary contract for 7 months starting in June 2026. As a controller at Svensk Fastighetsförmedling, you will work in a broad and dynamic role. In this role, you will be part of a smaller team that collaborates and supports each other in daily tasks.

In your daily work, you will:

• Be responsible for budget follow-up

• Work with financial management within Svensk Fastighetsförmedling

• Compile the franchise chain's financial information

• Compile and consolidate reports at the group level

• Streamline reporting flows and keep templates and tools updated

• Review and be responsible for the benchmark model towards the chain

Who we are looking for

In the role of controller, we are looking for someone who is analytical and structured by nature and who understands the value of listening to the business and explaining finance in a way that is accessible to everyone. With your problem-solving ability and unpretentious attitude, you will quickly be able to immerse yourself in the role and, through your previous experience, you will be able to start delivering quickly.

To succeed in this role, we see that you:

• Have a university degree

• Have at least 5 years of previous experience in similar roles

• Have worked with ongoing accounting (preferably according to K3)

• Have good knowledge of Excel

• Have good knowledge of PowerBi and/or Qlikview

We consider it an advantage if you have previous experience as a financial controller. If you have previous experience in reporting and group accounting, you will quickly be able to immerse yourself in the role.
