Substitute Teachers Wanted at Pysslingen Preschools

We are currently looking for substitute teachers for our lovely preschools Myrängen, Solängen, and Vårängen in Huddinge. Do you enjoy having fun at work, like to work flexibly, and are interested in working with children aged 1-5? Don’t hesitate to send us your application!

About the Role

As a substitute teacher at Pysslingen Preschools, you will work in groups with children aged 1-5. The need may arise to cover for short-term absences with the possibility of longer assignments if needed. This means you have the opportunity for flexible work where your availability is key.

Your tasks include conducting activities both indoors and outdoors, as well as assisting regular educators with practical tasks.

If hired as a substitute, you should be able to step in on short notice during the absence of regular staff. Therefore, it is essential that you are responsible and have a high degree of flexibility, as the work requires you to quickly adapt to new environments. You should have good knowledge of the Swedish language and be able to both collaborate and work independently within a team, as well as contribute to a functioning operation with your colleagues.

We are looking for someone who

• Has a high school diploma or other education deemed equivalent by the employer
• Has good collaboration skills
• Believes that every meeting is significant
• Is curious and exploratory
• Wants to learn together with the children
• Is attentive and respectful
• Focuses on the assignment and the children

It is an advantage if you have a degree as a childcare worker and/or previous experience working in preschool.

Employment Type

The position is a general fixed-term employment with hourly pay. Scope as needed. Start date by agreement.
