About Me

Hello! I am a 16-year-old girl living in Nacka and I am now looking for a new assistant who wants to become an important part of my team. I am social, active, and enjoy most things that others my age find fun, like hanging out with friends, making TikToks, doing my makeup, swimming, playing games, going for walks, and doing spontaneous things. To be able to do all this, I need someone who supports me in my daily life and joins me in what I want to do.

Your Role with Me

When you work, you are my closest person and are by my side throughout the shift. You help me when I need it, such as with transfers, keeping track of my aids, or interpreting what I say. It is important that you are confident in taking initiative but also attentive to when I need support. I am very active, so it’s good if you have a stable physical strength and enjoy being active. It means a lot that we enjoy each other’s company, laugh together, and have a good feeling in our collaboration. I preferably seek a woman who is around 20-30 years old. If you have worked as a personal assistant before, that’s great, but it’s definitely not a must.

Leadership Responsibilities

The position also involves leadership responsibilities. You will be my personal coordinator and work together with me (and my family) to ensure that my assistance works well and follows the LSS principles of self-determination and integrity. Your tasks include: supporting and leading my other assistants, ensuring a safe and secure work environment, being responsible for scheduling, participating in recruitment, documenting, and maintaining ongoing contact with the team leader.

You will receive proper introduction, training, and continuous support to feel secure in the role.

Staffing

The position includes a paid staffing responsibility. This means that some weeks you need to be reachable even outside of regular working hours to arrange substitutes or step in yourself if needed. The staffing responsibility rotates among us who work according to the schedule.

The Position

When you work at Assistans i Balans, you will receive: a good and secure introduction, personal work leadership, guidance, ongoing training and further education.

The position is 75%, plus staffing responsibility about one week per month. If you want to work more, there is an opportunity to take extra shifts up to full-time.
