Guldklimpar Preschools are located in some of Stockholm's most attractive areas – Kungsholmen, Bromma, Kista, Liljeholmen, and Nacka. We are now looking for an engaged and experienced childcare worker for our lovely preschool Guldklimpar Äppelbo in Bromma.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for you who are a qualified childcare worker, passionate about your profession, and want to be an active part of the preschool's continued development. You are confident in your role, driven, and engaged in the children's learning and well-being.

You:

• have a co-researching and reflective working method and challenge children's learning processes through play, imagination, and curiosity
• are solution-focused, positive, and have an easy time creating secure relationships
• see and highlight children's strengths, competencies, and differences
• have experience in developing stimulating learning environments, both indoors and outdoors
• understand the importance of and have experience with a good and professional parent collaboration
