Täby Friskola is Täby's oldest free school with students from preschool to grade 9. We have approximately 880 students distributed across 4 units throughout Täby.

We are now looking for a teaching assistant for 75% placement at our 6-9 unit, Enhagen. We are looking for someone with the competence and experience to meet students with NPF and who has a low-arousal approach, but understands the importance of clear boundaries. You are skilled at building good relationships with young people, have a professional demeanor, and are a reliable adult and a good role model. You also have good knowledge of the Swedish language. If you have training as a teaching assistant, it is an advantage. Personal suitability will be taken into account.

As a teaching assistant, you will work to follow and support students during the school day to create the best conditions for learning. You will work closely with the students, both during lessons and at breaks, and assist with transitions between different lessons. We believe that the best learning takes place in the classroom and strive to include all students in the classroom environment.
