You will work at various schools throughout the Greater Stockholm area. The duration of assignments varies from one to several days and sometimes even longer substitute positions.

BILDA has collective agreements, offers an introductory training, and ongoing support and dialogue with an assigned contact person at BILDA.

As a substitute teacher, you are responsible for a whole or part of a class. There is usually lesson planning available, but in cases where lesson planning is missing, it is important to be solution-oriented to quickly create as content-rich a lesson for the students as possible.

To work as a substitute, you need:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous work experience in schools

- Experience in pedagogical work

- Good spoken and written Swedish

- Experience leading/speaking in front of a group

It is an advantage if you:

- Have relevant education and/or knowledge to teach in various subjects
