Main Responsibilities

Need to quickly adapt to new needs, challenges, and opportunities in a constantly changing educational landscape. A creative approach is crucial for developing effective and purposeful educational methods.

On behalf of the organization, produce digital learning materials with the support of subject matter experts. The work includes being able to produce and manage the various components that are part of digital education, such as animations, films, audio, etc. You will also work with script editing so that the texts delivered are tailored for the target audience of that particular education.

The role includes working with training and support, among others, for instructors and administrators in the 22 military region groups that utilize the digital tools.

You will be part of an ICT team whose task is to produce and manage digital learning materials for home guard soldiers. The team is also a competence center within digital learning that is tasked with producing new digital education and managing these continuously. The competence center's task is also to act as support for users of the digital learning platform and other digital tools used in education. In cases where new digital tools are acquired, the competence center will be responsible for implementation, training, and support for instructors and other users.

To succeed in the role, it is therefore important to have updated digital competence and a digital ability to support the educational activities.

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications

  • At least three years of work experience in educational activities
  • At least two years of experience in digital production
  • Relevant education for the tasks
  • Very good ability to express yourself effectively in speech and writing in Swedish and to use various digital communication tools.
  • Driving license B for manual transmission

DESIRABLE

  • Experience with the Armed Forces' educational system
  • Experience in training within government operations
  • Experience in script editing or equivalent copy work
  • Experience in image, sound, and film editing
  • Experience in creating and editing animations
  • Experience in pedagogical activities
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 from an educational perspective
  • Experience in training in digital tools
  • Experience with Moodle/Lectora, SLACK
  • Experience in producing SCOR modules
  • Knowledge in simulated training environments such as Virtual Reality (VR) or Augmented Reality (AR)
  • Completed military service or other experience with the Armed Forces
