Educational Coordinator – Vocational College

We are now looking for an Educational Coordinator for our vocational college operations. The role suits you who want to take overall responsibility for educational quality, compliance with regulations, and development – while enjoying working closely with both educational teams and exploring how AI can enhance learning, study techniques, and pedagogical methods.

About the role

As an Educational Coordinator, you have overall responsibility for the educational quality and implementation of programs within the vocational college. The role is both strategic and operational and involves close collaboration with program leaders, management, and educators.

Examples of tasks:

• Ensure that the programs are conducted in accordance with MYH's regulations, directives, and decisions
• Be responsible for and develop educational plans, course syllabi, and pedagogical frameworks
• Support and coach program leaders and educators in pedagogical and didactic matters
• Work with program leaders to ensure a coherent educational experience with a clear link to the program's goals and labor market needs.
• Work on overarching study techniques in collaboration with program leaders
• Develop and implement pedagogical methods where AI and digital tools are used thoughtfully and responsibly
• Monitor developments in vocational education, pedagogy, and AI in educational contexts

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone who combines pedagogical security with curiosity, structure, and a future focus.

• Relevant higher education, preferably in pedagogy, educational science, or equivalent
• Experience in pedagogical work within vocational education or other post-secondary education or from high school
• Ability to translate regulations and goals into practical pedagogy
• Interest in and knowledge of AI in educational contexts

Meritorious:

• Experience with MYH supervision, follow-ups, or application work
• Experience in digital learning and blended learning
• Good knowledge of the vocational education system and MYH's requirements for quality, implementation, and follow-up
