We are looking for you who are a Special Education Teacher.

As a Special Education Teacher, you play a crucial role in the development of students and in striving for good goal achievement, ensuring that students are given good conditions for learning.

You possess the ability to work both operationally with students and strategically and guiding towards teaching colleagues, developing the school's special educational efforts. These efforts are both preventive, promotional, and remedial.

You have experience working with compensatory aids and language development methods, both with students and guiding teaching colleagues in this work.

As a Special Education Teacher, you are an important part of the school's student health and have a good ability to collaborate with other professionals and teaching staff.

You are unpretentious and have good collaboration skills, always keeping the best interests of the student in focus and working for the student's well-being and goal achievement in collaboration with others.

About Vittra Sollentuna

Vittra Sollentuna is centrally located with good transport links at Sollentuna Centrum in Sollentuna municipality. The school has about 230 students in grades F-9 and about 36 employees. We have access to a beautiful outdoor environment regarding both the schoolyard and the surrounding area. The school has been renovated in recent years and is bright and nice. We continuously work to create accessible and inviting learning environments. Vittra Sollentuna is a school where many cultures mix, and where you as an adult role model make a difference every day together with the students and your wonderful and dedicated colleagues. We are a single-parallel school with students from preschool class up to grade 9.

For us, collaboration is a crucial factor in creating teaching, a learning environment, and a relational climate that leads to higher goal achievement. We actively work with collective learning in our teams to strengthen students' reading skills in all subjects, and collaboration and shared understanding are important components of our school.

We are now looking for a Special Education Teacher with a focus on Swedish and Mathematics. The position is a permanent employment with a 6-month probation period and a vacation position with 5 weeks of vacation. Scope 100%. Start during the spring term or by agreement.

Vittra has a collective agreement with the Teachers' Union, Vision, and Kommunal, which includes occupational pension according to the ITP plan and insurance. Educational lunch with our students every day. 5000 SEK per year in wellness allowance.
