About the job

The principal area of Näsbypark School is now looking for an experienced and committed teaching assistant/resource educator for the resource school. You will become an important part of the team working with the students at Näsbypark Resource School. The team consists of experienced teachers, teaching assistants/resource educators, special educators, and student health staff. The collaboration focuses on the students' knowledge as well as their social situation. In the afternoons, work in after-school care may also be relevant.

The principal area consists of four schools: Norsskolan (grades F–3), Slottsparksskolan (grades F–3), Näsbyparksskolan (grades 4–9), and Näsbypark Resource School (grades 4-9). It is a well-functioning principal area where there is good cooperation between the schools. Näsbypark Resource School is located in the premises of Näsbypark School but operates as an independent entity.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience working in a resource school or similar operations
• The ability to create good relationships with students by being an adult, setting boundaries, but still being able to reach students in their interests
• The ability to collaborate with colleagues to find strategies and solutions for the students
• The ability to communicate effectively with guardians regarding the students you are responsible for
