As a special educator at STFG, you will have a responsible assignment where your expertise makes a real difference.
You will play a central role in the school's student health work.
The position we offer you:
- Be responsible for educational investigations, analysis of students' needs, and the establishment, follow-up, and quality assurance of action plans.
- A close collaboration with teachers, mentors, student health teams, and school management, where you act as a professional support in educational and organizational matters.

Your role
You have extensive professional experience in educational activities and a good understanding of students' diverse needs and conditions for learning. You are a licensed teacher and trained special educator, with a relevant educational background and at least five years of teaching experience.
You have excellent pedagogical competence and the ability to analyze learning environments, create structure, and adapt methods and teaching to promote students' development and goal fulfillment. You communicate clearly and engagingly and guide both students and colleagues in a professional manner.
You have a safe, relational, and inclusive approach. You create trusting relationships and contribute to a calm and supportive learning environment, both at the individual, group, and organizational levels.
You are flexible, solution-focused, and resilient under stress, and you thrive in a complex and dynamic environment where multiple processes are ongoing simultaneously. You have a good ability to prioritize and adapt your work based on the needs of the organization.
You have excellent collaboration skills and work closely with teachers, student health teams, school management, and guardians. You actively contribute to a positive work environment and collegial learning.
You are development-oriented and driven to improve the school's special educational work. You keep yourself updated on current research and want to continuously develop in your professional role.
Your competence and experience
