About Me

Hello! I am a 16-year-old girl living in Nacka, and I am now looking for a new assistant who wants to become an important part of my team. I am social, active, and enjoy most things that others my age find fun, such as hanging out with friends, making TikToks, doing my makeup, swimming, playing games, taking walks, and coming up with spontaneous activities. To be able to do all this, I need someone who supports me in my daily life and accompanies me in what I want to do.

Your Role with Me

When you work, you are my closest person and are by my side throughout the shift. You help me when I need it, such as with transfers, keeping track of my aids, or interpreting what I say. It is important that you are confident in taking initiative but also attentive to when I need support.

I am very active, so it is good if you have a stable base strength and enjoy being active. It means a lot that we get along, laugh together, and have a good feeling in our collaboration. I preferably seek a woman who is about 20-30 years old. If you have worked as a personal assistant before, that’s great, but it is not a must.

Staffing

The position includes a paid staffing responsibility. This means that some weeks you need to be reachable even outside of regular working hours to arrange substitutes or step in yourself if needed. The staffing responsibility rotates among us who work according to the schedule.

The Position

When you work at Assistans i Balans, you will receive:

The position is 75%, plus staffing responsibility about one week per month. If you want to work more, there is an opportunity to take extra shifts up to full-time.
