We are currently seeking several hourly substitutes who want to work with clients in Skarpnäck.

You will provide support in everything from daily routines to leisure activities, always with the goal of helping those you assist to live as independently and meaningfully as possible. 

We are primarily looking for someone who wants to work as a substitute on an as-needed basis during the absence of regular assistants due to e.g. vacation or illness.

Working hours:

Varied hours during the day and evening, weekdays and weekends.

For this position, some shifts are point interventions of 1 hour in the morning and 1 hour in the evening, other hours such as day and evening shifts may also occur.

If you are flexible with working hours and can start immediately, this is an advantage.

About you:

We are looking for someone who has an interest in people and enjoys contributing with care, commitment, and security. You are socially perceptive, responsible, and flexible – and you find it easy to collaborate.

Your tasks will include:

• Support with daily routines and household chores.

• Assisting with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, as well as during meals.

• Practical support in everyday activities.

• Social interaction.

• Manual transfers may occur.

Requirements:

Ability to work varied hours, weekdays and weekends. Physically strong.

Meritorious:

Experience with various disabilities, as well as professional work in care and support. Perhaps you have previously worked as a personal assistant or in similar roles within care and support. Scope: 5 hourly substitutes.

Start date: Interviews are conducted continuously and may be filled before the application deadline.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.

To work as a personal assistant, guide, or relief worker, you must be at least 18 years old.
