About the position: We at Olivia are looking for someone who wants to work as a personal assistant on an as-needed basis for our client in Märsta. As a substitute, you will work during the absence of regular assistants due to vacation or illness.
Varied working hours weekdays and weekends:
08:00-21:00 Weekdays
10:00-22:00 Saturdays
09:00-22:00 Sundays
21:00-08:00 Awake night
The client requires double assistance at all hours of the day. Start date is according to agreement, and we would like to see you start training immediately.
About the client
The client is a man in his 30s who enjoys various activities such as swimming, swinging, and using public transport. The position involves a lot of activities, and we see that you, as an applicant, have a positive attitude towards this. He needs your help as an assistant in his daily life as he has Angelman syndrome. The client can walk independently but uses a wheelchair frequently.
The job responsibilities are as follows:
Assist with daily routines such as household chores
Assist with personal hygiene, dressing, and meals
Help the client with transfers, training, and outdoor activities
Are you the one the client is looking for?
We are looking for someone who is attentive, proactive, solution-oriented, and patient. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability. We see that you enjoy being active and like to come up with activities, for example, taking the client for walks. As a person, you should also be able to handle stress well.
REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to tolerate chlorine/Swim
Ability to work in a home where a dog is present sometimes
Fluent Swedish skills in speech and writing
Employment rate: 1 substitute as needed, approximately 1-2 shifts per month
Start date: Selection is ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.
Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.

A prerequisite for starting employment with Olivia is that you can present a valid ID and submit a personal certificate as well as any documents that prove your right to work in Sweden. You can easily download a personal certificate from the Swedish Tax Agency's website.
To work as a personal assistant, you must be at least 18 years old.
