As a resource with us, you will have the opportunity to support individual students during their school day, and some teaching time may occur. We are looking for someone who thrives in a smaller school, is driven and proactive, and is used to taking on tasks independently. Experience working in a school, preferably as a resource, as well as care experience is an advantage.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support individual students during their school day.
• Participate in some teaching time as needed.
• Collaborate with teachers and other staff to create a safe and stimulating school environment.
• Participate in mentoring tasks and contribute to the school's shared responsibilities and workload distribution.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience working in a school, preferably as a resource.
• Care experience is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Enjoys working in a smaller, family-oriented school with close collaboration in the team.
• Engaged and driven with a focus on providing the best school environment for students.
