We are looking for a preschool teacher for Guldgruvan preschool. Our preschool is beautifully located in Persberg by Lake Yngen, with mining areas around the corner. The preschool is part of a free school that has been a parent cooperative since 2002 after a decision to close down. We have our own kitchen and prepare all meals on-site.

You who are applying for the position are a licensed preschool teacher, preferably with a few years of experience in the profession. As a preschool teacher, it is important that you are independent, solution-focused, positive, and responsible. You have overall responsibility for monitoring and development at both the individual level and the organization as a whole. The work includes good documentation of the children's knowledge development and active value-based work together with colleagues. Based on current governing documents and Lpfö 18, you work to ensure that all children develop as far as possible.

You have an inclusive approach and can contribute to a strong sense of community, both in the children's group and among colleagues. As you become part of a smaller team, you need to be flexible and solution-oriented within the organization. We expect you to have a low-arousal approach in your interactions with the children and to be a good role model. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
