Description

The Culture School of Filipstad is looking for a temporary dance teacher until March, with a possibility of extension.

The assignment primarily involves evening classes in dance mix and children's dance. Most of the students are at a beginner level. Depending on the qualifications and availability of applicants, there is an opportunity to combine dance courses with dance within the physical education subject in grade 1, holiday activities, and teaching in open activities, etc. The position can be between 20% and 60% depending on agreement.

Responsibilities

To lead evening dance courses within the Culture School's operations in Filipstad. To participate in the overall work of the Culture School, such as end-of-term performances and events together with other staff. The position also includes organizing and teaching dance within the framework of the physical education subject in grade 1 in primary school.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a pedagogical education in dance, as well as experience in teaching dance in leisure time. You should have an open mind for collaboration with colleagues in other artistic expressions and for meeting people from different backgrounds. The work is relatively independent, and you need to be able to plan your work, take initiative, and manage some scheduling. A driver's license is an advantage as we want to reach out to different parts of the municipality.

Conditions
