Lysvik School is a F-6 school with an after-school program, located in the beautiful, idyllic Lysvik.

At our school, we work with a language and knowledge-developing approach. The school’s vision is to promote health through community and movement.

Responsibilities:
We are looking for a teacher for grades 4-6. Your responsibilities will include leading and taking responsibility for the educational work based on the curriculum's assignments. You will plan, implement, and evaluate the educational work in collaboration with educators and other staff at the school. Mentorship is included in the position, where you are expected to hold meetings and development conversations with guardians. You will work process-oriented together with mentors and student health. Here, you will find colleagues in a strong community who all participate in guidance and targeted training.

Qualifications
We are looking for you who are a certified teacher aimed at grades 4-6. You have a holistic view, interest, and commitment to the entire student's development, are flexible, and have the ability to adapt, as well as the ability to teach at different levels using various methods. You need to be calm and stable, have great patience, and the ability to wait for the student according to their conditions and needs. Personal suitability is of great importance.

Conditions
Before employment can take place, a valid extract from the police's criminal record must be presented. Interviews will be conducted continuously during the recruitment period, and employment decisions may be made before the application deadline. The position is a permanent employment with a 6-month probationary period. The position will be filled if necessary decisions are made.
