About the position 

At Bonzi, we are looking for a new colleague who wants to work as a personal assistant for our client living in central Linköping. We are looking for someone who wants to work as a substitute as needed. As a substitute, you will work during the absence of regular assistants due to, for example, vacation or illness.

Job responsibilities:

• Support in daily routines and household chores

• Assisting with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, and during meals

• Practical support in the home and in daily activities

• Transfers may involve lifting

The position involves working hours on weekdays and weekends:

• 19:30 - 08:00

• 08:00 - 19:30

About the client

The client is a man in his 60s. He needs your help as an assistant in his daily life due to symptoms of myoclonic disability and epilepsy.

Most days are quite calm, and he spends most of his time at home. Sometimes he enjoys going out and doing activities. The home is equipped with aids such as a lift, shower chair, and manual wheelchair.

Are you the one we are looking for:

We believe that you who are applying for this position are a person who enjoys working with people and can put others' needs at the center. You possess calmness and personal maturity and can easily adapt to the client's daily condition. As a person, you are empathetic, socially aware, solution-oriented, proactive, and reliable.

The chemistry between you and the client is crucial and may be the most important factor in the final selection.

It is a plus if you have:

• Can speak Persian

• Driver's license and access to a car

Requirements:

• Physically strong manual transfers are required

• Professional experience as a personal assistant or other work in care and support

Scope: 1 substitute as needed, in the long term there may be opportunities for permanent work.

Start date: Interviews are ongoing and may be filled before the application deadline.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.
