We are now looking for an engaged and cheerful assistant for a 19-year-old boy living outside Linköping (Vreta Kloster).

Our wonderful client is a boy with a severe developmental disability who loves fun, singing, and music. He lives with his lovely family in a villa.

To get to work, it is a requirement that you have your own car and driver's license.

He needs help with most of his basic needs, but above all, he needs an assistant who engages and provides him with security and routines in everyday life.

As an assistant, you need to be able to plan and follow his schedule, preparing the client for what will happen during the day. He is currently working a lot on his communication, so if you have experience with alternative communication, that is a plus.

We want you to be an open, secure person with positive energy who can make your own decisions. Have a sense of humor and fun, and be ready to pitch in when needed. We prefer that you have worked as an assistant before.

You must not have pet allergies as there are animals in the home.

The working hours are mainly weekdays after the client comes home from school 15:00 to about 21:00, but weekends may occur.

If you are the right person for the job and we are the right employer for you, a fixed schedule of about 50% is available.
