Welcome to create the future together with us! We offer you

In Söderköping Municipality, there are several service and group homes where individuals with an LSS decision live and reside. The operations are staffed around the clock, every day of the year. Our work within Support and Service is best described by the LSS legislation: individuals with disabilities should be able to live as independently as possible. This includes principles such as equality, choice, participation, and personal integrity.

As a summer substitute in our operations, you will be part of a work group that can vary in size, from 4 to 10 colleagues. The work groups operate with the goal that each individual should have a meaningful everyday life with our help. As a summer substitute, you may start your introduction early and work already in the spring to build relationships with individuals and colleagues to feel secure in your work and provide safety and stability for the residents. Colleagues offer support for medication delegation, both practically and theoretically, to increase the chances of passing the test.

Our summer period extends from week 24 to week 33. There may be opportunities to continue working as needed after the summer period.
