About the assignment
At Novare, we are a proud and approved supplier of the government framework agreement in Sweden. We are now looking for an interim manager for a government agency in Stockholm within the health, care, and welfare sector.
Requirements for the position
- education with a degree at the university/college/vocational level or have worked for at least 10 years as a manager, at least at the unit level
- very good ability to communicate in speech and writing in Swedish
- have clear and inclusive communication
- ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- capacity to quickly understand the operations and deliver results within a limited time frame
- ability to translate strategic goals into operational activities
- understanding of interoperability and digital infrastructures
- documented experience in managing change and creating engagement in teams
- experience in leading complex organizations within digital infrastructure
- at least five years of documented experience working as a manager, at least at the unit level
Meritorious
- experience in managing multiple stakeholders from an interoperability perspective
- experience in establishing new operations within a government agency
- experience working in the health, care, and welfare sector
Assignment period and scope
The assignment is full-time starting January 19, 2026, and lasts until June 30, 2026, with a chance for extension
