Responsibilities

As an administrative officer, you will play an important role in providing administrative support to the lawyers in complaint cases within your unit. Your tasks include working with translation, sorting incoming complaints, proofreading, and assisting in case management with simpler and more routine tasks. Some of the tasks are recurring, while others may arise occasionally with short notice.

Other similar tasks may become relevant based on the needs of the organization.

You are expected to contribute to developing effective working methods and identifying and solving various obstacles in the operational work of the unit.

You have good experience in a similar role at a government agency and are familiar with working in the case management system Platina. You are an experienced computer user with good IT skills and work fluently with the Office suite. You have excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

It is an advantage if you have experience in handling the release of documents. If you have experience working with international operations and translating texts, this is also an advantage.

Your Personal Qualities

As a person, you have the ability to find a balance between speed and responsibility and accuracy. You have a pronounced sense of service and thrive in a role with great variation in both pace and workload. You are efficient and flexible and can easily adapt to changing circumstances. You prioritize and redistribute your tasks independently depending on how the workday and the group's conditions look.

IMY is in an intensive development phase, so it is important that you can organize and carry out your work effectively even under high workloads. You drive your work forward with great commitment. You collaborate with colleagues in a development-oriented and constructive manner. You are results-oriented, achieve set goals, and meet deadlines with good quality in your results.

We place great importance on your personal qualities.
