Operational and Development-Oriented HR Partner - 1 Year Temporary Position
About the Position
This is a role for the operational HR Partner who has experience supporting and coaching managers in all HR-related matters. You thrive in a changing environment and have an interest in efficiency work and digitalization. You are engaged in social issues and want to contribute to the development of Kunskapsskolan and to do the best for Kunskapsskolan's students and employees.
The HR team consists of 6 members; HR Manager, HR Partners, HR Generalist, HR Coordinator, and a Quality and Development Leader. The HR team works for the entire Kunskapsskolan organization, which today includes 35 schools and approximately 1350 employees. Kunskapsskolan has its own payroll department with a payroll manager and payroll administrators. You will be part of an engaged and knowledgeable HR team. Your Responsibilities Include:
- Working closely with the organization and having an overarching responsibility to act as support and sounding board for managers in all types of personnel matters related to labor law, work environment, rehabilitation, and recruitment
- Preparing reports, data, and decision-making materials
- Working according to the HR annual wheel
- Process ownership
- Conducting training initiatives
- Leading/participating in development projects
As an HR Partner, you will report to the HR Manager. The position is located at the office in Medborgarhuset, Stockholm. This is a full-time temporary position for one year starting March 1, 2026. Travel may be required. Start date is negotiable.
Profile We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone with:
- At least 3 years of experience as an HR Partner or equivalent, with experience in supporting and coaching managers in all HR processes, with a special focus on labor law, systematic work environment management, and union collaboration
- Good competence and experience in labor law and negotiations
- Experience from an operational HR role
- Work experience from organizations in change and development, preferably within the education sector
- Project experience
- Excellent ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing
- Interest in digitalization and efficiency work
- Strong social commitment
- Relevant academic education, preferably in the HR field
- Previous management/leadership experience is a plus
You are confident in yourself and have the courage to drive issues from start to finish. You are analytical and act proactively from a holistic perspective for the benefit of the organization. You are driven and development-oriented and want to make an impact. You enjoy collaborating and act unpretentiously. Others describe you as quality-conscious, persistent, proactive, and curious with a desire to continuously learn more.
Position Details
This is a temporary position starting no later than March 1, 2026 (preferably a couple of weeks earlier) and lasting for one year.
