Role Description
We are looking for a meticulous and driven Sales Administrator who will be responsible for administrative tasks and support the sales department in daily operational work. The role requires both precision and the ability to identify and correct inaccuracies. It requires careful coordination between departments related to operational processes. We are looking for a person who is structured, curious, and has excellent communication skills.
About the Position
You will work within the sales department, which consists of about 30 people, but you will closely collaborate with the Sales Operations team, which is made up of 6 people.
We are located in an office at Marievik in Liljeholmen.
Working hours are office hours with flexible options.
The position is a fixed-term employment for 6 months with the possibility of extension.
Main Responsibilities
- Support the sales department with administrative tasks
- Participate in forums related to operational processes within sales
- Maintain planning tools
- Contact suppliers via email and phone
- Negotiate and analyze campaigns
- Maintain and administer in the business system
- Import and clean campaigns in our systems
- Update forecast changes
- Input forecasts
Qualifications and Experience
- High school education or equivalent
- Experience with administrative tasks in a sales organization
- Experience with sales activities
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Experience working with ERP systems
