About the Role

We are now helping our global client to search for a pedagogical and engaged technical writer who is passionate about translating complex technical information into easily understandable texts. The role involves explaining technical processes. As part of the global team, you will play a central role in collecting, processing, and presenting technical information. You will be responsible for ensuring that the content is accessible and understandable.

We hope you can start as soon as possible, and you will work as a consultant through us at Cleverex Bemanning for 12 months. If everything feels good in the collaboration, there is a possibility of extension.

Responsibilities

The work is for the product "workshop manual" within the service information department, which is part of the aftermarket organization. The assignment primarily concerns areas within electric vehicles (batteries, charging, electric motors) as well as conventional transmission systems.

The work is carried out in teams of three technical writers and in close collaboration with method engineers in several teams, who develop the fundamental repair methods to be described. It requires the ability to understand and work towards the right level of description and quality from the customer perspective, as well as quickly grasp terminology and basic technical aspects.

Your Profile

To fit the role, you should:

Have excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as the daily work is conducted in both languages
Have experience in technical writing, preferably within relevant technical areas such as vehicles
Work in any of these systems: Ewok/Windchill, Arbortext, Traton's PDM system “OAS”, Traton's WiO, SWS, etc.
It is an advantage if you have an academic degree in technical communication, engineering, information technology, or similar

Your experiences and competencies are as important as your personal qualities. To fit into the role, we see that you are unpretentious, humble, and goal-oriented in your work. In this role, you have great freedom under responsibility, and therefore it is important that you are responsible and self-driven. The assignment requires quick learning ability and personal drive.
