The position is located within the operational support of the newly established Psykosvård Stockholm.

The assignment is to support the managers of the operations in finance, operational planning, and follow-up. The workplace is at Sankt Eriksplan, and travel to the various units in Stockholm and Södertälje is included in the position. The role offers a great opportunity for independent work while collaborating with other controllers within the Psychiatry and Habilitation operational area and its 11 other operations.

Responsibilities

As an operational controller, your responsibilities include:

  • Being responsible for budgeting, result follow-up, forecasting, and reporting of monthly and annual accounts.
  • Follow-up and analysis of financial and operational statistics as well as key figures.
  • Preparation of decision-making materials for new agreements, authorization/de-authorization, changed assignments, facility changes, and investment decisions.
  • Participating in activity planning and operational follow-up.
  • Working with production and capacity management together with the operations.
  • Participating and representing financial issues in the management groups of the result units and other staff meetings.
  • Actively participating in working groups for further development and improving working methods and processes.
  • Quality assuring accounting systems and income statements, including customer invoicing and bookings.

The tools used include the financial system Raindance, the follow-up tool QlikView/Sense, and the Office suite.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

  • A university degree with a focus on finance (Master of Science in Business Administration or equivalent).
  • At least three years of experience working as a controller or in another qualified financial role after graduation.
  • Good IT skills, primarily in Excel.
  • Excellent ability to express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish.
  • Good pedagogical ability to clearly explain financial follow-up to healthcare managers and staff.

Desirable

We would like you to have experience in development work as it may involve the development of existing and new applications in your tasks. Familiarity with the financial system Raindance is a plus.

You are analytical, have an easy time making contacts, are service-oriented, and possess high integrity. Personal suitability is highly valued.

  • employees who will have patient contact must undergo a pre-employment health examination, according to applicable directives, which is done through occupational health services before employment.
  • in addition to Swedish professional certification, good knowledge of the Swedish language at level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) is required. The same requirements apply to non-licensed personnel with patient contact.
