Primär is a group consisting of Primär Service Management, Primär Property Management, and Primär Cleaning Services.
As a group, Primär is large enough to have the resources to deliver to all types of customers, yet small enough to be customer-focused and flexible throughout Sweden. About the Position
As a receptionist/service employee at Primär, you will be an important part of our team and work in our client assignment located in Åkersberga. You will have a central role in the daily operations of our service offerings and primarily work at the reception, where you contribute to providing professional, welcoming, and efficient service for both customers and colleagues.
In this role, you are often the first contact for our client's customers and handle many points of contact in daily life. The position suits you if you enjoy varied tasks, a fast pace, and a strong service mindset. You work independently but in close collaboration with other colleagues in the assignment. In addition to reception duties, administrative tasks are also included, which help create structure and ensure that daily operations run smoothly.
The position is part-time at 50%, with 4 hours of work per day, Monday to Friday. The location is in Åkersberga.
Responsibilities
- Receive and register service requests
- Provide service and support to customers via phone, email, and in-person visits
- Staff and manage the reception
- Perform administrative tasks related to the assignment
- Support colleagues in daily work as needed
Who are you?
We are looking for someone with experience working in a reception or a similar service-oriented role. You have a strong sense of service, are meticulous and flexible, and thrive in a role with significant personal responsibility.
As a person, you are solution-oriented, unpretentious, and self-driven. You find it easy to adapt to new routines, are attentive, and used to quickly switching between various tasks in a sometimes fast-paced environment. Prioritizing, maintaining structure, and contributing where needed is a given for you.
You are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, have basic knowledge of English, and are a proficient user of the Office suite.
