Senior Accountant

We are looking for a Senior Accountant to join our finance team of 7 people. The team operates as a Shared Service Center for Azets' Swedish group. In this role, you will primarily work with closing accounts, analysis, and reporting. Additionally, ad-hoc tasks within the finance area are included. You will be responsible for one of the companies in the Swedish group's portfolio. We have a good collaboration with our colleagues from a sister company in Romania, whose ongoing work you will ensure quality.

In this role, you will also work closely with the Finance Manager and Controllers on efficiency and analysis of the operations and support with questions from Group Finance in the UK.

The position includes varied tasks with a focus on:

• Ongoing accounting
• Monthly and annual closings based on K2 & K3
• Group reporting

We are looking for someone who has:

• University degree in finance
• Several years of experience in accounting and group reporting
• Interest in systems
• Experience and interest in financial analysis and KPIs
• Good knowledge of Excel
• Professional proficiency in Swedish and English

It is a significant advantage if you have an auditing background, as it provides a deeper understanding of financial processes and regulations. We would also like you to have experience with Visma Business and HFM, as well as knowledge of IFRS, annual reports, and income tax returns. Since we will be switching closing systems to Capego, experience with this is particularly valuable.
