Do you want to work with administration in a dynamic educational environment?

The Education Office at the Department of Odontology is a support function for education at the undergraduate, advanced, and doctoral levels. We primarily work with the administration of educational programs and courses, student matters, and academic guidance. We are now looking for an administrator to join our team.

Your role

As an administrator, you will handle the office's departmental administration, booking of premises for our programs, and other varied educational administrative tasks. A large part of the work is performed in administrative systems. You will have your own tasks and areas of responsibility while closely collaborating with other administrative functions in the office, as well as with program directors and teachers. You are expected to contribute to improving and creating processes and routines for efficient administration. The tasks may evolve over time.

Who are you?

Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • At least one year of experience in administrative work
  • Good computer skills and knowledge of the Office suite
  • Very good ability to communicate in Swedish, both orally and in writing

Meritorious

  • Experience in administrative work within higher education/university
  • Experience with university administrative systems, particularly TimeEdit, Ladok, Drupal, and Canvas
  • Good ability to communicate in English, both orally and in writing

We are looking for someone who is structured and meticulous with good planning skills. You can work independently, take responsibility and initiative, and are flexible and positive towards new and varied tasks. You have a genuine interest in providing support and service and appreciate a role where you have many contacts with others. Since you will be part of several workgroups, it is important that you have good collaboration skills.
