Our administrator is going on maternity leave, and we need a replacement during her absence.
The position is a temporary contract for 1 year but may be extended.
The Personal Support Unit is a municipal operation that primarily provides personal assistance, escorting, and respite services. Our users should be able to live as normal a life as possible based on their own conditions. The services are characterized by a high degree of self-determination, influence, security, and accessibility.
The unit's office is located in Fruängen, near the center. There, the unit's management and administration work, consisting of two unit managers and three administrative assistants, as well as colleagues from other units within the department.

Your role
As an administrator, your main tasks will include staffing, administration within personal assistance, escorting, and respite services, as well as various administrative tasks such as writing contracts, reporting time to the Swedish Social Insurance Agency, registering sick leave, and ordering supplies, etc. You will have several recurring tasks while being flexible and prepared to quickly adapt when the work requires it.

For this role, you need to have:
- completed relevant post-secondary education
- proficient command of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form
- several years of experience from similar administrative work, preferably in a municipality
It is an advantage if you have:
- good computer skills and are well acquainted with Stockholm city's operational systems such as Aiai, Paraply, Parasol, LISA, Agresso, etc.
- experience working with personal assistance, escorting, and respite services
