Who are we looking for?

• Academic degree in economics, accounting, or equivalent
• At least 10 years of experience in financial work, of which at least 5 years in contract work
• Experience in installation, construction, or building projects
• Experience in financial analysis, financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
• Good business understanding
• Very good Swedish and English in speech and writing
• Documented very good/advanced knowledge in Excel
• Experience with IFS is an advantage.

You are flexible and adaptable, with the ability to quickly understand new conditions and work effectively even when circumstances change. Your working style is characterized by accuracy and structure, and you have a strong analytical ability that allows you to see both details and the big picture and make well-founded decisions in your work.

What does the role entail?

Förbifart Stockholm is one of the longest tunnels for road traffic in the world. Eltel is a partner to Yunex Traffic and has been commissioned by the Swedish Transport Administration to install telecommunication, control, and monitoring systems for the new section of E4, Förbifart Stockholm. As a Controller in the project, you will contribute to quality, structure, and reliability in budgeting, follow-up, and forecasting for the project, as well as analyze results and create materials to support well-founded decisions.

In your role, you will be responsible for:

• Analyzing and monitoring costs in real-time to ensure that the project stays within budget. You will also play a central role in ongoing financial follow-up with many points of contact.
• Participating in the evaluation of the project's cost development and identifying potential savings
• Creating financial reports for project management
• Leading the work with follow-up and compilation of budgets and forecasts for the project
• Being responsible for ongoing invoicing, as well as for the preparation of financial reports and data materials
• Compiling the financial consequences of UR, ÄTA, and obstacles, and reporting to the commercial manager.

The role is varied, goal-oriented, and clearly relationship-building, with many points of contact and a central function in the project's progress. You will have the opportunity to be involved in driving the project forward together with experienced and knowledgeable colleagues. Eltel has its office in Bromma, and working hours are 07:30-16:30 Monday to Friday.
