Landskronahem is looking for an Accounting Assistant

Landskronahem is seeking a meticulous and structured Accounting Assistant who wants to be part of their dedicated team. The role offers a varied job with responsibilities for both ongoing accounting and intercompany transactions.

Main Responsibilities:

• Reconciliation of balance accounts and ongoing bookkeeping
• Preparation of intercompany invoices
• Booking of intercompany transactions
• Reporting of AGI, VAT, and withdrawal tax

Additional tasks may include:

• Quarterly reconciliation of fee-bound costs (heating, electricity, and water)
• Quarterly reconciliation of maintenance contract costs
• Filing of documents for personnel records
• Contract administration
• Administration of invoice management

The role of Accounting Assistant is a consulting assignment through Adecco. The assignment starts on March 2, 2026, and will last for at least two years with good chances of extension. The tasks are performed monthly, mainly during the first and second weeks of the month, which means that in the first week of the month you work 100%, and the remaining weeks the working hours are distributed so that it totals a 50% employment.

You are service-oriented, flexible in your working style, and take responsibility for ensuring tasks are completed reliably.

Other Requirements:

• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Available to work on-site at Landskronahem's premises for most of the assignment period
